Payments

Culturepath requires money to operate. The money goes to maintenance, planning and pupils' tickets to theatre, to concerts, to cinema and to some museums. Culturepath notebook and transportation expenses will require a certain amount of the money, too. Educational board has reserved money in the budget for Culturepath.

Transportation expenses: Those schools of the year classes 1-6 which are located more than 2 km from the market place, will get

2 € / pupil / visit as transportation expenses in Culturepath. For the schools of the year classes 7-9 that distance limit is 3 km. Special schools do not have any distance limits.

Culturepath budgets in every school include all the yearly visits together with tickets and transportation expenses:

For transportation expenses schools will get more money from the Culturepath budget - the visits are paid with the bus card, as usual.

Invoicing in the Culturepath works also as an instrument for the follow-up: The framework curriculum requires visits in Culturepath and there is money reserved for them. The system works if there are as much Culturepath invoices as there should be according to Culturepath plan.
